Returns and Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase from Lee Buchanan Jewelry®. We maintain high standards of quality, and to provide all of our customers with consistent, fair and excellent service, please read the following regarding exchanges and refunds. 

Our products are sold in finished, ready to wear condition. All packages are insured when shipped.  If your package arrives in a damaged box, please notify us and the shipper immediately for assistance with the claim.

If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us via e-mail within seven (7) days to obtain a Return Authorization. The Return Authorization number must be on your package label for us to accept the delivery. We must receive your package within fourteen (14) days from the original date of purchase.

Jewelry must be returned in the original white jewelry gift box and in new condition, suitable for re-sale. Please use a sturdy shipping box and insure the package. We are not responsible for returns lost in shipping. 

If the jewelry is returned as described, we will handle Exchanges or Refunds as follows:


Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange for a product of equal value, please notify us.  


Refunds

At your request, we will refund your original purchase price, including sales tax if applicable, to the credit card you used for the purchase.  Shipping charges for purchases under our $35 Free Shipping policy will not be refunded.

If you prefer, we will provide you with store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate in the amount of your original purchase as noted above, valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
